We had a wonderful 4th of July here in the great city of Austin, Texas! Nonna (my mom) has been in town enjoying her time with Korbin and Aiden (and us, too). We've shown her many cool spots in Austin (there are a ton). So far, Nonna likes what she sees (who wouldn't! haha).
The firework show in Austin was amazing (Auditorium Shores at The Long Center). They had The Austin Symphony playing before and during the firework display. We sat along the river and watched them create and colorful halo over the city skyline. The reflection on the buildings was almost as cool as the actual fireworks themselves! Amy, Nonna and I sat on the grass with hundreds of other people as we enjoyed the show. The boys (Ryan, Korbin, and Aiden) stayed home.
Afterwards, Toby met us with us at Billy's Brewery on Barton Springs Road.
