Something blue... silver and white!

This past weekend we all flew up to Michigan for my sister's wedding.

The ceremony was just 45 minutes north of Southbend, Indiana, on Lake Michigan. The weather held out... except for the wind! Wow, it was super windy! :) Our family had 3 cabins side-by-side overlooking Lake Michigan. We used the cabins for all the wedding preparations, reception and family time.

We spent the whole weekend making preparations for the ceremony. Beth spent 5 hours one afternoon at Sam's Club and other stores. Then, we chopped, sliced, cut, beat, spread, grilled, boiled, washed, mixed, sorted and cooked all the food for the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception.

Somehow we still managed to spend some time around the campfire and relaxing with family during the sunsets. Korbin had a wonderful time with Katrina. They played well together.

The ceremony was over before we knew it and we were packing our suitcases to leave early the next morning.

I hope everyone had a wonderful time and that Amy and Toby loved their wedding! It was a beautiful location and so many friends and family came out to celebrate their special day.
