Doctor, Doctor, We are Sick

These past two weeks have been full of runny noses, coughing and napping. All three of us were feeling under the weather (at different times). It all started with Korbin, then passed to me, then Ryan and back to Korbin. Poor guy. It could be the changing seasons or allergies... either way, none of enjoyed the whole process. Actually, Ryan and Korbin are still fighting off a few things.

We've also noticed that sometimes Korbin's attitude can be polar opposite from the day before.
Sometimes his day begins like this...

And then it'll end like this...









He'll be really defiant one minute and really happy and loving the next. He'll want to snuggle and read a book and then he'll spit his food out at dinner and cry for 20 minutes. It's hard to know what to expect when I wake him up in the morning. Will this be a wonderful day, or a child-from-hell day?! (not quite that bad... but sometimes it is close). haha

No matter what happens during the day... that bath makes him smile and laugh. He runs around the apartment while we fill the tub with water. He runs over to one of us to have us strip him of his clothing (the faster the better) and then he'll run back over and watch the water fill the tub. He usually dances in one place in excitement! During the bath he'll try to help with the soap and shampoo. He rubs the soap all over his belly and tries to lather in the shampoo (just can't quite reach and do the motions). At the end of each bath comes his splashing game.

Pretty soon we'll have to wear our swimsuits! :)
