I am soooo excited! I had to share the good news...
I took an Adoption Benefits packet to the HR lady at work. The owner pulled me aside this morning and told me that he'd like to extend the maternity benefits to include adoptions. That's 6 weeks PAID time off. Sweet.
Later he emailed and said he would love to personally help with our next adoption! Wow. Awesome.
Woohoo! :)
