I am so proud that America elected their first African American president. Amazing. We have come so far ... I'm so glad I could be a part of this experience.
I'm happy Obama won! He is going to do great things. :)

I know i can't wait to see what the future holds for our country, i think it's an exciting time and we're going to get the change that we want! It's a great feeling to be apart of the significant event in our history-that'll we'll remember forever!
It was a special day for many. I got up at 4 a.m. to watch it all happen from Italy. I can remember drinking fountains for blacks and drinking fountains for whites. It doesn't seem that long ago. We've come a long way and I too am very proud to be an American.
