I voted today! Have you voted?!

As I stood in line to vote, I felt a sense of pride. I felt as I was doing the right thing and that I was proud to have this opportunity to be a part of history. For once, I felt like I was voting for a candidate that might actually win (and I really, really hope I'm right!). The voting process was quick and easy. Standing in line for lunch took longer! :)

Tomorrow is Halloween! Unfortunately, I can not find the box of decorations! I found a box labeled "Halloween", but discovered it was mislabeled. :(

But, I will still be in the Halloween spirit! I am dressing up at work. I will be a "dark angel". Tomorrow night, Korbin will be the Cookie Monster! We have invited his cousins to trick-or-treat with us and then stay late for some scary movies... not sure if anyone will show up. Maybe if I tell them that I am making Beef Nachos! Yummy! :)

Korbin is doing well. He's had a few mosquito bites. Poor guy. He's been scratching and scratching! He is crying less and less each day that I drop him off at "school". He loves the park across the street and checking the mail. He is adding words to his vocabulary (like 'maaaaail')... I can't wait to move him into the office Learning Center in December. It'll be nice having him downstairs and in a class with a smaller ratio. I know he'll love it and do well in that environment.
