These past few weeks have just flown by. I started work, Korbin started daycare ("school"), we made a trip to Ohio and we are in the middle of moving! Crazy.
Korbin and I are camping out at the house in Cedar Park. It's so nice having lots of space (tons of space with no furniture). Ryan has been making trips from the apartment and I have been staying up late unpacking and painting. This weekend we are doing the big move (with help and lots of vehicles). We can probably get that knocked out pretty quick. :) (these little trips all week help with that.... Ryan said the apartment is mostly cleared out - minus the big furniture pieces).
Korbin is doing OK in daycare. OK meaning that he cries every morning when I drop him off and cries when he sees me to pick him up. The teacher said that he does well during the day and is very polite and nice. I will have to admit that Monday was very hard on us both. I think I cried more than Korbin... and the teacher reported that he didn't sleep and hardly ate all day. So, we are both showing improvement. haha
Our Ohio trip was great. Korbin entertained the family and stayed busy the whole time. He did well with everything... until the return flight home. Let's just say that we are happy that we won't be flying for a while AND that he'll have his own seat from now on. Whew. :) Other than that, we had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer.
Last, but not least... my job is great. I really enjoy the people and position. I am designing ads all day and was told yesterday that I'll get to start working on the Savings Guide (at the back of every paper). I feel like I am staying on top of everything and keeping up with the fast pace (and boy is it fast). :) I like it. :)
I just miss my little Korbin. (I usually run out of here and speed down the Tollway to get to him after work!)

I'm glad your job is going so well! i bet it makes it easier to take your mind of Korbin!
Sounds familiar to me - speeding to pick up Hannah from her daycare!
It won't take long and Korbin will smile at you when you leave him there in the morning and when you pick him up...
The crying is just something parents have to go through...
Great that you enjoy your new job!
