Interview with a Vampire

Interview, Interview, Interview... welcome to my world. This is what I've been doing for the past few months. It's insane. No one should have to endure such torture! I keep hoping that the next interview will be my last interview... but so far, no such luck.

Guess what, today I have another interview! LOL. This is a second interview at a newspaper in Pflugerville (the newspapers are all over the Austin area). I had an interview with them yesterday, of course (what else would I do with my time these days). The Creative Director seemed to really click with me (don't want to jinx it) and she asked me to come in for second interview before we were done with the first interview! I hope that's a good sign.

In other news, Korbin and I are going to the Dino Dig today. We want to take advantage of the cooler weather (the only thing that Ike brought us) and spending time together before he goes off to a daycare (don't want to jinx it).

Korbin has been obsessed with PlayDoh lately. He is always climbing up on the chair (we do PlayDoh at the table) and rubbing his hands together while pointing at the jars. He was also obsessed with the wind-up hopping chick... until it finally broke, yesterday.

Today is Katrina's birthday. She is two. We are still trying to figure out a day when we can get together and celebrate it with her! Everyone's schedules are so different... I hope we can figure something out, soon.

This weekend we are going to Arizona to attend Ryan's grandparent's 50th wedding anniversary party. It'll be a short trip. I'm sure Korbin will enjoy the change of scenery and meeting some family.
