A Good Year

With 2008 coming to a close I have to think back on all the wonderful things that have happened this past year. 2008 was another great year that we can reflect back on with smiles on our faces. We are happy with our decisions and have learned a lot about ourselves and each other. Korbin is another year older (and so are we, but we don't celebrate that quite as much). We spent our first full year as a family and have enjoyed every minute (at least 99.5%) of our time with Korbin.

In 2008:

• We moved to the great city of Austin, Texas!
• We sold our house!!!
• We traveled to Chicago (to welcome Aiden to the family), Michigan, Ohio and Arizona!
• We moved to Cedar Park (NW of Austin)!
• Both Ryan and I started new jobs!
• Korbin started "school" (daycare)!
• We celebrated 4 years of marriage (in July)!
• We celebrated our first Family Day with Korbin (in September)!
• I lost 20+ pounds!
• My sister got married!
• My brother and his wife are expecting their second child!
• Uncle Scott and Aunty M moved to Texas (with their families)!
• Korbin had his first birthday party (turned two)!
• Korbin posed for almost 2,000 photos and videos (we've all benefited from this!) :)
• Korbin came up with a very cheesy/corny smile (see above bullet)... haha
